District Manager Assistant

The Lewiston Tribune has an immediate opening for a District Manager Assistant in our LC Valley district based in Lewiston.
This position (32-40 hrs per week) supports the District Manager team for circulation growth and superior customer service.
Compensation is based upon your excellent work history.
Working as part of the management team, the District Manager Assistant will work an early morning schedule at our offices or in the field performing some or all of the following tasks:
o Assisting with the delivery of newspapers.
o Checking subscriber addresses that have had previous delivery issues.
o Organizing and distributing daily paperwork.
o Occasional distribution of alternative print products o Operating a computer to print reports.
o Communication and follow up with managers.
Position Requirements:
o Good time management and communication skills.
o Management of multiple tasks on a daily basis.
o Basic computer skills.
o Valid driver's license, reliable insured transportation.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
