## Job Requirements
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience with end user support
Demonstrated troubleshooting skills of computers, Microsoft Operating Systems (including Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003/2008), networking (TCP/IP), and various PC end-user applications (MS Office 2007 including Access, electronic mail, Terminal Services, VPNs, etc.)
Knowledge of Active Directory and GPO
Should be well versed in desktop repair configuration and troubleshooting Windows based systems
Minimum 1 year of experience with direct client interaction
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Must be adaptable to change in processes or required activities
Must have strong attention to detail and be a quick learner
Must have a professional appearance and behavior including punctuality
A+, Net
